Don't worry about the dinner menu anymore!

How do you decide on your dinner menu every day?

In Japan, there are many working moms who are worried about what to cook for today’s dinner on the train after work.

Every mom thinks it is better for her family to make dinner in consideration of their health. But it's really hard to think about daily menus 365 days a year.

In Japan, various solutions are presented to deal with these kinds of worries.

Among them, the best method I tried was "to decide the dinner menu on weekdays in advance on weekends".

So today, I would like to tell you the procedure.

  1. Ask your family what they want to eat on weekdays during the weekends

Ask your child and husband, "Do you have anything you want to eat next week?" If you think about the menu on your own, you will end up with similar things, but by involving your family, you can come up with various ideas!

2. Supplement nutritional balance and color with side dishes

After deciding on the main dish while incorporating the opinions of your family, the next step is to decide the side dish.

Make side dishes using ingredients that supplement nutrition, such as vegetables and legumes. Also, be sure to think about the colors of side dishes.  If you do so, your dinner will be a colorful one!

In addition, if you prepare side dishes on weekends, it will be easier to prepare for dinner on weekdays!

3.Check the contents of the fridge and buy what you need

Finally, check the contents of the refrigerator and freezer to see what ingredients you have.

By checking the refrigerator before you go shopping, you can prevent unnecessary purchases and from forgetting to buy!

That's all for the procedure.

Do you like it?

Moms are so busy with work, housework and childcare. Let's skip the time to think about the menu and cook dinner quickly and skillfully!
