When spending time with children, focus on "quality" rather than "length", and make time to face each other properly. [YOU are the best MOM] vol.33

Working moms will spend far less time with their children than non-working moms. If you spend less time with your child, you may be worried that your affection will be transmitted properly. In fact, the length of time you spend in contact is not proportional to your affection. If you face your child well, even for a short period of time, your child will be able to receive the full affection of his mom.

You can spend 10 minutes a day facing your child properly.

If you are concerned about the short time you spend with your child, be sure to look at the “quality” of your time with your child. 10 minutes a day is fine, so please make a high quality parent-child time. It is quality rather than quantity that conveys affection. Also, try to practice that time when your child is calm or relaxed. For example, we recommend taking a bath together, eating together, and before going to bed. Choose a time that you think you can relax at this time and consider that time as "time to love your child" and "time to notice changes and growth of your child" so that it will be "time to relax" and "time to be pampered" for your child. How about making it a daily habit?

Time with a healthy mom is a blissful time for a child

A good balance between childcare and work allows you to have a fulfilling day, even if you are busy. If you face your child with a lively and fulfilling expression, it will be a blissful time for your child to spend time with his mom. If you don't have a lot of time, even for 10 minutes, divide it into 5 minutes twice a day. By facing each other properly even for a short time, the child feels reassured that he or she is loved. It will help your child develop self-confidence and develop the ability to challenge and overcome difficulties.
